I have been actively involved in a wide range of research methods, including card sorting, interviews, surveys, focus groups, diary studies, A/B testing, usability testing, and remote testing.
At Digital Voice and Glencore, we developed personas to enhance our research and design processes. These personas played a key role in customer workshops, data analysis, and developer collaboration, ensuring that user needs remained central to decision-making.
